These documents should clearly outline a zero-tolerance policy towards any behavior, content, or activity that promotes, depicts, or facilitates CSAE.
  • Explicit Prohibition of Child Nudity and Sexual Suggestion: Platforms are required to adopt and enforce standards consistent with recognized international frameworks, such as those promoted by WePROTECT Global Alliance and INHOPE, ensuring the strict prohibition of content involving child nudity, sexual suggestions, or exploitation. This includes all forms of media, such as realistic imagery, artistic depictions, or animations, to protect the rights, dignity, and safety of minors while upholding ethical and moral standards globally.

• Harmful or Dangerous Behavior Involving Minors

  • Violence, Threats, and Coercion: Any form of violence, threats, or coercion against minors will be swiftly addressed. This includes psychological abuse, manipulation, and any other behavior that undermines the well-being of minors. JoiClub is committed to providing a safe and harmonious online environment for minors.
  • Dangerous Activities: Content that encourages or depicts minors participating in dangerous games, challenges, or activities that could endanger their health or safety is prohibited.
  • Child Trafficking and Neglect: Any form of child trafficking, abuse, or neglect is considered an extremely serious crime. JoiClub will fully cooperate with law enforcement to prevent such activities.

• Minor Presence in Platform Content

  • Prohibition on Minors Appearing in Content: Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in any form of video or content on the platform. This is to protect their privacy and safety while ensuring compliance with legal and social norms.
  • Account Creation for Minors: Minors are prohibited from creating JoiClub accounts. We will actively control and restrict channels through which minors could access the platform, ensuring they are not exposed to potential risks without proper supervision.

• Reporting and User Responsibility

  • Penalties: Violations of the child protection policy will result in severe penalties, including permanent account bans, deletion of relevant content and data, and restrictions on future registration.
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: In cases of severe violations, JoiClub will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide necessary information and evidence to ensure that violators face legal consequences.
